The selected metal is prepared according to the product requirement before shaping begins. Metal choice is considered in relation to weight, strength, finish, durability, price point and where the finished piece will be displayed.

Production Execution

The product moves through the relevant making stages based on its form and construction. These may include cutting, bending, forging, hand-forming, welding, grinding and final assembly, all done by skilled artisans in Rajasthan.

Finishing & Detailing

Details are added by hand according to the approved sample. Depending on the piece, this may include rust or antique finishes, patina, wax, powder coating or hand painting that complete its final look.

Quality Inspection
